These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of evolvemycredit.com and related pages operated by A&L Credit Solutions under the trade name Evolve My Credit (“Evolve My Credit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
WEBSITE PURPOSE
The website provides general information about credit education, credit-related services, consultations, and other products or services that may be offered. Website content is not legal, tax, investment, lending, or financial advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCURATE INFORMATION
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to use paid services. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to correct errors. You may not impersonate another person, submit information without authorization, misuse another person’s identity, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
CREDIT-REPAIR SERVICES AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Website use or a consultation request does not by itself create a credit-repair services contract. Credit-repair services require a separate written agreement and the disclosures required by applicable law. That agreement describes the services, price, timing, cancellation rights, and each party’s responsibilities.
Evolve My Credit does not charge for credit-repair services before the agreed services are fully performed. Consumers have rights under federal and applicable state law, including required disclosures and a right to cancel a credit-repair contract within the applicable cancellation period. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives a nonwaivable consumer right.
Accurate and current negative information cannot lawfully be removed merely because it is negative. You must review information and dispute materials for accuracy and must not direct us to make false statements or dispute information you know is accurate. We do not create new credit identities, advise misuse of an Employer Identification Number, or assist with false credit applications.
NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Credit reporting and scoring decisions are controlled by consumer reporting agencies, creditors, furnishers, scoring-model providers, and other third parties. We do not guarantee deletion of any item, a credit-score increase, credit approval, a particular interest rate or limit, funding, or completion within a particular timeline. Past outcomes, examples, testimonials, or estimates do not promise future results. Results vary based on each consumer’s facts, conduct, records, and third-party decisions.
CONSULTATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
When you submit a consultation form, you authorize us to respond using the contact information you provide. If you affirmatively check the text-message consent box, you consent to receive marketing and promotional texts from Evolve My Credit, including consultation follow-ups and service information. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. You may revoke consent at any time in any reasonable manner.
Do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, government identification, credit reports, monitoring credentials, passwords, or card information by general website form, ordinary email, or text message. Use only the secure intake method we designate when sensitive information is required for an agreed service.
PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Prices and offers displayed on the site may change prospectively. Payment terms for credit-repair services are governed by the signed service agreement and applicable law. No website statement authorizes an advance charge prohibited by law. Charges for independent services, such as credit monitoring or third-party products, may be billed by a separate provider under that provider’s terms. Refund and cancellation rights are governed by the applicable agreement and law.
TRADELINES AND THIRD-PARTY FINANCIAL PRODUCTS
If authorized-user tradeline information or access is offered, outcomes remain subject to the account issuer, consumer reporting agencies, lenders, scoring models, and applicable law. Authorized-user status does not transfer ownership of an account, provide spending rights unless expressly authorized by the issuer, or guarantee reporting, duration, a score change, approval, funding, or a credit limit. A tradeline may be delayed, ignored, removed, or treated differently by a bureau or lender. You are responsible for using financial products lawfully and following issuer terms.
We are not a lender, consumer reporting agency, creditor, law firm, or government agency. Links, referrals, educational descriptions, or discussions of third-party products do not mean we control or guarantee a third party’s decision, product, security, availability, or conduct.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, branding, graphics, text, layouts, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Evolve My Credit and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit site content without written permission, except where law permits.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not interfere with the site; introduce malware; attempt unauthorized access; harvest data; bypass security; use automated tools in a manner that burdens the service; send spam; infringe rights; submit unlawful content; or use the site to facilitate identity theft, false statements, credit-profile numbers, synthetic identities, fraudulent disputes, or deceptive financial applications.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

INDEMNIFICATION

This provision does not require indemnification for our own unlawful conduct and does not waive nonwaivable consumer rights.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding concerning website use will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in or serving Oakland County, Michigan, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections of your home state remain applicable where the law so provides.
CHANGES AND TERMINATION
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and Effective Date. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, rights, or legal compliance. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE TERMS
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. These Terms and the Privacy Policy govern website use. A separately signed service agreement controls credit-repair services if it conflicts with these general website Terms.
